BrightSpring Health Services' ResCare Community Living line of business is dedicated to providing support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to an intellectual, developmental or cognitive disability.
We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality services designed to help our clients live their best life. These services include community living, adult host homes, behavioral/mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.
This role is responsible for overseeing the operations management of our services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders.
The responsibilities of this position include coaching and mentoring direct support staff, addressing and correcting health, safety, and environmental concerns, ensuring clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented, and monitoring employee schedules and Teletime reports.
This role also requires ensuring protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followed, ensuring medication administration records are current, and ensuring medical appointments are scheduled and met. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resources.
