Community Outreach and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Community outreach leader to join our growing business. We are open to part-time or full-time candidates. The ideal candidate will be leading the Branch's community outreach efforts with the Senior care facilities, Infusion centers, Doctor's offices. Hospital & schools locally in the territory. We are rapdily expanding our Infusion and Therapy services

The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for outreach to the healthcare facilities, retirement communities, Schools & Hospital within the geographic area. He/She will make relationships with stakeholders and identify needs for home care services which include, but are not limited to, Nursing services, Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy, Infusion, companion care, personal care

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years Experience in the Home Care or any Insitutional healthcare industry
• Ability to develop and implement innovative community outreach plan targeting Skilled nursing facilities, Assisted Living, Schools, Hospitals, Infusion and clinical trials companies
• Represent company in local events
• Organize In-services and provides education and awareness of the company’s service offerings.
• Serve as an ambassador of the mission of company, “Patient Centered Medical Home care” with a “Higher standard of care” in all interactions with current and potential partners.
• Oversee Website and social media campaign.
• Organize and drive weekly and monthly goals
• Individual who has a flair for community outreach and making relationships with the facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity.
• Companssinate and ability to undertand and assist families looking for care for their loved ones
• Ability to work independently, in a multi-disciplinary team

Pay: $67,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
