Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator will work with outside sales, schedulers, customer care managers and nurses to efficiently manage the flow of sales inquiries from initial call to a completed customer start of care. This is a full-time, in-office, salaried position.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inquiries from referral sources
• Manage Third Party Administrators
• Screen inquiries and determine appropriate follow up
• Use HELP method to convert inquiry to a customer
• Monitor, track and maintain up to date Vendor Authorizations
• Send and monitor sales contract process
• Manage Monday.com (CRM)
• Provide owner with sales reports
• Ensure smooth transition from Inquiry to Start of Care
• Office on-call rotation

Requirements

• Excellent Communicator: Must be able to communicate in a helpful, compassionate manner to incoming callers.
• A Minimum of one years’ experience in phone sales, direct sales, customer service, or business development
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interruptions during the work day
• Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must pass Background Check and clear drug test
