Role overview
Our team is mission-oriented, quick-moving, and fun-loving. We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing and recruiting technical roles (Engineering, Data, Product). Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll proactively source, identify, engage, and help in hiring top-tier tech talent.
- This role is a 6 month contract hybrid role based in NYC, with the option to work remote 2x per week.
What you’ll be doing
Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with TA Manager
Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts and other creative channels to support hiring goals
Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team
What you have
4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with demonstrated track record of delivering on hiring goals across Engineering, Product, & Data
In-house recruiting experience is required, while startup experience is highly preferred
You have deep expertise with a variety of sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Ashby is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication, negotiation, and time management skills
You can operate with a sense of urgency and with flexibility of schedule as needed
