Job Overview
Brilliant Minds Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. The ideal candidate will supervise clinical staff, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality ABA therapy services for clients and their families.
Important Note: This position will not begin until all credentials are approved, which may take up to three months. Applicants should be prepared for this waiting period before the official start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for children and young adults with ASD.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
- Monitor treatment fidelity and intervention effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.
- Provide family and caregiver training to support skill generalization.
- Collect and analyze client progress data, ensuring treatment goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with DHS, HIPAA, and ABA ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with families, autism centers, and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)
Master’s Degree (Required) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field
Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, and EIDBI programs preferred
Must be able to relocate to 601 Carlson Pkwy, Suite 1050, Minneapolis, MN 55428 before starting work
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
