Position Overview
We are seeking a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to oversee and support clinical staff while ensuring high-quality, client-centered care. The QSP will provide supervision in accordance with EIDBI guidelines and work collaboratively with other professionals to enhance client outcomes.
Note: This is a contract position, and employment will not begin until all required credentials are fully approved.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to EIDBI treatment staff.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee service implementation to ensure compliance with EIDBI guidelines.
- Train and support caregivers to promote skill generalization.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and ethical standards.
- Provide ongoing staff training and professional development.

Qualifications
Required:
- Must meet EIDBI requirements for a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) with one of the following credentials:
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Other equivalent licensure meeting QSP standards
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred:
- Experience working in an EIDBI program or related behavioral health setting.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Location Requirement: Must be able to relocate or commute to Hopkins, MN before starting work.
