Job Overview
Brilliant Minds Therapy is seeking a Qualified Supervisor (QSP) to oversee and mentor clinical staff in the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) program. The ideal candidate will provide supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs in training, ensure high-quality service delivery, and support client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs in training to ensure quality and compliance.
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor the implementation of ABA interventions to ensure fidelity and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and families to encourage skill generalization.
- Analyze data and client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support staff in professional development.
- Stay up to date with evidence-based ABA practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with autism centers and clients to enhance service outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (Required) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- QSP, LPCC, LISW, LPC (Preferred)
- Must be able to relocate to 601 Carlson Pkwy, Suite 1050, Minneapolis, MN 55428 before starting work.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
