Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to join our EIDBI Autism Center team on a part-time, flexible basis. This role can be performed in person in Minneapolis, or remotely, depending on your preference. As a QSP, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of EIDBI services, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing leadership and support to our interventionists and therapy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the delivery of EIDBI services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations, including EIDBI guidelines.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress on individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each child’s needs.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to interventionists and therapy teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, staff training, and service delivery.
- Participate in meetings, reviews, and audits to ensure program quality and compliance.
- Address any concerns or issues related to service delivery in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Family Nurse Practitioner, Special Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions.
- Certification as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) as required by EIDBI guidelines.
- Strong understanding of EIDBI program requirements and state regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Commitment to providing person-centered, evidence-based care.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping, with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable for in-person work).

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
