Duties
- Oversee Daily Operations
- Manage the overall operations of the daycare, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Staff Supervision and Development
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, including teachers, aides, and other daycare personnel.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address staffing needs or issues.
- Compliance and Licensing
- Ensure the daycare meets all local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records, including health and safety compliance documentation.
- Curriculum and Program Management
- Oversee the development and implementation of age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with developmental milestones and educational standards.
- Budget and Financial Management
- Develop and manage the daycare’s budget, ensuring proper allocation of funds.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience.
- 2 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
- High energy.
- Strong oral and written communications skills; technology skills.
- Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Strong finance and budgeting skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
