Job Title: Receptionist/HR Assistant

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and managing the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized
  • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
