Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and filing
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes
- Familiarity with filing systems and ability to maintain organized files
- Ability to transcribe documents accurately and efficiently
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience working at a front desk or receptionist role is a plus

Receptionist
JOB SUMMARY:
To serve as the first contact with customers, vendors, contractors, and visitors. To receive and respond to inquiries from customers, providers, brokers, and others relating to customer service, benefits, claims or enrollment in a pleasant and professional manner under limited supervision. Provide a wide variety of receptionist and security duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Highschool diploma or equivalent.
2. Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, and MS Excel
3. Team Player
4. Ability to multi-task
5. Customer service oriented
6. Basic medical terminology.
7. Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
8. Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
9. Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
10. Understands and adheres to established BRiO HealthCare policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides updated information to all team members when information received.
2. Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests, and care plans.
3. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
4. Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
6. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
7. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
8. Assists intake coordinator with entering client information into database if needed.
9. Maintains patient charts with entering lab results, orders, etc. as available.
10. Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes mail, provides reception and telephone services
11. Orders office supplies at regular intervals ensuring appropriate amount of supplies available and uses FIFO method for maintaining supplies
12. Perform receptionist functions by greeting, assisting, and directing all visitors in a professional and pleasant manner.
13. Receive/greet all phone and walk-in inquiries in pleasant, helpful manner
14. Consistently represents BRiO HealthCare with integrity and professionalism to all internal and external customers.
15. Adheres to HIPAA regulations per Company policy and Federal regulations. Performs other duties and activities as delegated by the Administrator/Clinical Manager.
16. Other duties as assigned

Ability to perform the following tasks if necessary:
· Ability to participate in physical activity.
· Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
