What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Manager position at BRIQ House?
Qualifications:
- 1 yr. or more of construction management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of residential construction.
- Strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-direct and self-organize multiple construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but optional.
Responsibilities:
- Construction company specializing in full renovations of pre-existing structures looking to hire an individual who can manage all aspects of gut-renovations in Philadelphia from start to finish.
- Employee will be provided with our proven systems to efficiently complete projects as well as thorough blueprints and plans. From there they will be expected to manage and organize all contractor work, city requirements, and budget tracking.
- Conduct business with General and Subcontractors as well as material distributors.
- Work with contractors we have established relationships with and develop new contractor relationships.
- Ensure quality throughout all phases of construction.
- Track and categorize spending for each project.
- The position will require some administrative and office duties but will mostly be on-site and in the field.
Compensation and Benefits:
- 75k-115k
