We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Utilize project management software for tracking project milestones and documentation.
- Implement safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
