Job Responsibilities:
- Read and comprehend blue-prints;
- Develop scope of work documents / bid packages for subcontractors;
- Find and qualify new subcontractors for bid and selection process;
- Compile bid estimates / communicate with clients;
- Develop construction schedules;
- Develop, execute, and manage contracts and change orders;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years construction industry experience, preferred;
- Degree in construction management or engineering preferred;
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills;
- Enthusiastic and professional attitude;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to undergo background check in accordance with local regulations.
