About us
Bristol Electronics (est. 1972), has an experienced staff providing installation and service of residential & commercial solar photovoltaic systems (electricity producing), solar thermal systems (hot water), solar pool heating systems and cold climate heat pumps.
Office team member position opening. Applicants will have good organization, math, telephone, computer & office skills, a teamwork attitude, a willingness to learn the growing solar and heat pump industries in a family business setting and will be willing to work on job sites from time to time. This position is a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities are many and include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with estimating projects by gathering and analyzing data.
- Become fluent with the estimating process and able to produce estimates over time.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize computer skills to input and manage information accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations for both the inside and outside portions of the business.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Support the team with various tasks as needed to contribute to overall efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
