WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Understands Company and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) strategies and ensures alignment of workstreams with strategic plan.
- Applies technical/professional principles, theories, and concepts and interprets results in the quality system
- Identifies, develops, and implements new technologies, processes, and associated systems
- Designs and leads projects and collaborates on project activities with cross-functional areas; prepares and presents reports to management on these projects or other subjects within expertise.
- Continues to broaden knowledge base and add value to project workstreams.
- Interacts with technical groups, functional business partners, suppliers, professional organizations, academia, consultants, etc. to conduct project initiatives.
- Execute QC assay protocols and reports across raw materials, in-process products, final products, and stability.

- Can you generates and compile data and documents results of testing procedures, provides evidence-driven recommendations on how to improve existing processes to program leader.
- Can you revise SOPs and update method procedures and checklists.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Technical knowledge and expertise in applicable area(s) (i.e pharmaceutical quantitative and qualitative analysis, Bioanalytical analysis).
- 1-5 years of previous experience in Quality Control or GMP/GLP bioanalytics
4 year undergraduate degree plus 1 year relevant experience or 4 years relevant progressive experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management skills, including prioritizing and managing assignments to ensure activities are aligned with project timeline.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, preferably analytical chemistry
- Hands-on experience with bioanalytical instrumentation (i.e. HPLC, DLS, MALS, AUC, Biacore, Mass Spec)
- Biological assay experience; Cell culture experience
- Generates and compiles data and documents results of testing procedures, provides evidence-driven recommendations on how to improve existing processes to program leader.
- Revise SOPs and update method procedures and checklists.
