Job Description: As a Grow/Post Harvest Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and productivity of our mom rooms and veg rooms. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Watering and Plant Care: Ensure proper watering and feeding of plants in the mom and veg rooms, monitoring plant health, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintaining Schedules & Plant Work: Follow established schedules for plant work, including pruning, defoliation, and transplanting.
- Room Reloads: Assist with room reloads, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal conditions for plant growth.
- Compliance: Ensure that rooms meet all regulatory and compliance standards, maintaining accurate records.
- Room Cleanliness: Maintain clean and sanitary grow rooms, equipment, and facilities, adhering to best practices for cleanliness and safety.
- General Grow Tasks: Assist with other grow-related tasks as needed, ensuring the plants receive proper care throughout their lifecycle.
- Record Keeping: Track plant progress, watering schedules, and other key metrics to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the grow team to optimize plant care and grow room performance.

- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
- Background Check: A background check will be required for this position.
- OMMA Credentials: Must be able to obtain Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) credentials as required.
