Technology Systems and Support Manager

Are you an experienced IT networking, security, and infrastructure professional with hands on experience with MS Intune, Crowd Strike for end point protection and tools like Zscaler? Have experience managing the technical support and managing projects involving the implementation of tools like Intune and Zscaler to manage company phones and devices?

We are a leading Atlanta based development and property management firm is seeking a Technology Systems and Support Manager to lead our IT infrastructure and support operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a small-team environment and is eager to drive innovation and efficiency. For this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and maintain IT systems, networking, and virtual infrastructure.
• Lead and support the IT team, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues.
• Manage the transition from Arctic Wolf to CrowdStrike for endpoint security.
• Deploy a new patch management solution to replace ConnectWise.
• Implement mobile device management using Intune and Lookout.
• Develop and enforce security policies to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Administer and optimize tools such as Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and patch management solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term IT strategy and improvements.

What are the qualifications we are seeking for this opportunity? We are looking for an individual that has the following qualifications:

• Proven experience managing IT systems and support teams.
• Expertise in remote management, networking, and virtual infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and patch management tools.
• Familiarity with Fortinet and VMware is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance technical and administrative responsibilities in a small-team setting.
• Must pass background, drug, and credit checks.

Our office is located in the Vinings / West Paces Ferry area and you will be working from our office four days each week. We are looking for you to live nearby and within an easy commute to our office. We are only considering LOCAL ATLANTA candidates.
