About the Role:

You will ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements while driving strategic financial initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decisions.

- Oversee financial reporting and manage the Group Audit process.
- Optimize financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite implementation.
- Provide actionable commercial insights to support growth and profitability.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and best practices.
What You’ll Need:
- 7 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Deep understanding of regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Maxio and NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth software startup environment.
- CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
