Overview
BSS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate who is ready to tackle high volume recruiting! This is a full-time position that will allow you to immerse yourself in a fast-paced and collaborative environment—with exposure to various elements of recruiting and beyond. We're a close-knit group, so a positive, cooperative, can-do attitude and ability to function as part of a team are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline to support high-volume hiring needs.
- Leverage creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates in competitive markets
- Conduct prescreening for large numbers of candidates quickly and accurately to meet recruitment demands.
- Request and follow up on assessments for many candidates, ensuring prompt evaluation and movement through the hiring pipeline
- Schedule recruiter interviews in bulk, prioritizing candidates based on role demands and urgency.
- Document pre-screening notes and other pertinent details in ICIMS to keep a clear record for each candidate.
- Update screening and interview statuses in ICIMS promptly to ensure transparent communication across recruitment teams.
- Facilitate screenings and assessments for walk-in candidates to capture on-the-spot talent.
- Actively utilize social media and job boards to source candidates, focusing on building a substantial pool for ongoing recruitment.
Qualifications
- General knowledge or willingness to learn about recruiting initiatives and methods
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Must be proficient with MS Office suite (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
