RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client in search of a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team. This position is full time, direct hire and hybrid on-site only 1-day a week in NYC.
Responsibilities:
* The Talent Acquisition Associate will source resumes to find qualified candidates for open requisitions
* Perform interviews to identify qualified prospects
* Work closely with internal partners to identify requirements to drive efficient searches and address requisition needs
* Manage numerous job searches for many various roles within the organization
* Manage recruiting activity for the entire organization
* The Talent Acquisition Associate will partner with internal teams to foster a productive and positive client and candidate hiring experience
* Make recommendations to hiring managers on qualified talent resources
* Oversee recruiting activities and ensure they comply with requirements and policies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree from a four year college/university
* 5-7 years of varied recruiting experience including recruiting for high level executives, financial roles, professional positions and front line team members
Desired Qualifications
* Financial services experience highly preferred
* Knowledge and understanding of executive recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods and executive compensation strategies
* Prior experience working on a corporate internal executive search team or search firm
* Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level
* Experience with diverse candidate sourcing
* Knowledge and understanding of state and federal employment laws, AA/EEO recruiting and hiring policies
* Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
* Knowledge and understanding of recruiting systems and staffing operations processes, strategies, and regulations.
* Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
