You'll collaborate with teams across the organisation, spearhead strategic projects from conception to execution, and manage relationships with external assessment vendors. Who We're Looking For :
- A bachelor's degree, along with three to five years of experience in cross-functional roles, and a demonstrated track record of professional success, are required.
- Strong project management skills are essential, including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional written communication and analytical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to foresee potential challenges are crucial for success in this position.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a client-service mindset. A proven ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders is key.
- While experience in HR, talent management, or an advanced degree in human capital fields is preferred, it is not mandatory.
