The office manager will be responsible for the following:
- Answering phones and relaying messages
- Checking daily mail and email
- Keeping the crew on schedule and record daily updates.
- Light HR Duties including payroll
- Keeping track of job budgets and payments.
- Maintaining the owners schedule
- General clerical requirements
- Pulling Permits
- Writing up and completing contracts with subcontractors
Schedule is Mon-Friday either 6am-4pm or 7am to 5 pm.

Qualifications
- Proven office management and clerical experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and schedule management
- Background in human resources, payroll, and budgeting and construction helpful
- Familiarity with office management and front desk operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.61 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
