Executive Assistant to the Owner
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid position with local travel)
BROdenim, a growing retail and e-commerce clothing brand, is seeking an organized and flexible Executive Assistant to support the owner in day-to-day operations. This role will involve helping with communication across the company, assisting in prioritizing daily and weekly tasks, and accompanying the owner to factory visits, office meetings, and retail store locations. The position is hourly, with opportunities for future growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Daily and Weekly Prioritization: Assist the owner in organizing and prioritizing daily and weekly tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between the owner, employees, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Production Support: Attend factory visits with the owner, create and follow a production calendar for ecommerce, custom and celebrity items, quality control, order organization and asset coordination, and coordinating shipments to customers and suppliers.
- Marketing Support: Assist the owner in organizing collateral for social media posts and sales and marketing email campaigns. Liaise with photographers and factories to create a system for photographing samples and new collections.
- Event Support: Help organize and coordinate BROdenim events calendar. Work events when necessary. Liaise between owner and Event Coordinator.
- Travel & Meeting Support: Accompany the owner to factory visits, retail store locations, and office meetings, and take notes or provide support as needed.
- Document Management: Produce, edit, and reformat documents and communications; manage email and document organization.
- Administrative Support: Provide general office support, including organizing documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with project coordination as needed. Schedule maintenance and email support.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity
Work Environment:
- Flexibility to work varying hours and travel locally for factory visits, store visits and meetings.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Experience:
- Fashion retail: 1 year (Preferred)
- executive assistant or similar role: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
