Brodie Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team and support our attorneys in fighting for the rights of injured clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring clients receive the care, attention, and advocacy they deserve.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement or litigation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and attorneys.
- Ensure all case files are organized, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Obtain and review medical records and bills to support claims.
- Prepare demand packages and assist in negotiating settlements.
- Track case deadlines and assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Guide clients through the personal injury process with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle lien resolution and coordinate medical treatment for clients.
- Work closely with attorneys to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong communicator who can build trust with clients and handle sensitive conversations with care.
- An organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple cases efficiently.
- A proactive problem solver who anticipates next steps and keeps cases moving.
- Experience in personal injury case management (preferred, but not required).
- Familiarity with legal terminology, medical records, and insurance claims.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new case management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
