Position Title : Seasonal Membership Customer Care Representative

FLSA Status : Part-time Seasonal, Non-exempt
Compensation : $20 per hour
Term : mid-March - end of June 2025
Schedule : 35 hours per week; 7-hour shifts Wednesdays - Sundays
Position Description :
Brooklyn Botanic Garden (BBG) seeks to fill a seasonal Membership customer care representative position. This position reports to the Membership Manager and is a key part of a team that serves over 21,000 member households. The Membership customer care representative will sit in the Visitor Center and provide front-facing customer service to BBG's membership base. In this high-volume membership office, the customer care representative must possess excellent customer service and organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities :
- Assist members while visiting the Garden. This includes, but not limited to :
Assisting with onsite sales
