Our client is needing an experienced Project Manager to join a lean team supporting Application Development and Infrastructure projects for their mail-order Pharmacy - specifically in the hospice space. 80%-90% of the projects involve new development and/or infrastructure maintenance and upgrade work, and as one of only several Project Managers, you will be assigned to whichever of these projects is most critical at that time. You may also be required to assist with documentation efforts in regards to their HITRUST re-certification.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Assemble and lead project teams (both Business and IT) to ensure timely completion of projects
- Actively manage stakeholder partnerships and mitigate risks for projects and programs
- Quickly become familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and functions of team members you're engaging with
- Set the strategy and lead program execution to delivery long-term business value
- Adhere to the PMO standard processes and governance routines
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience as an IT Project Manager in the Application Development space
- Experience working in an Agile environment, but also working with teams who aren't fully Agile yet
- Experience managing financials and budgets for highly complex projects
- Experience working with ServiceNow PPM would be a nice to have!
- Advanced MS Office experience (MS Project, Visio, Excel)
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Strong work ethic, detail orientation, and passion for excellence
- Ability to influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations internally and externally
- PPM and/or Lean Six Sigma Certifications would be a nice to have
