Landscape Account Manager

We are currently seeking a Landscape Account Manager for our consistently and quickly growing business. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 4-5 years of landscape account manager experience
• Be knowledgeable in proper turf maintenance (incuding mowing, line trimming and fertilization)
• Ability to organize and schedule crews, routes, special work order requests, etc.
• Show strong ability to manage multiple crews, properties & schedule changes throughout the season
• Be willing and able to ask for help or recognize when you cannot do something yourself and be willing to allow others to help
• Ability to work outside and perform a physically and mentally demanding job
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to spend time working on jobsites & connecting with crews
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office and be able to write professional and literate emails internally and externally with expectations of daily communication with clients & managers.
• Must speak fluent English; Spanish fluency is a plus

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Setting the example for all employees within the Maintenance department on professionalism, respectfulness, teamwork and knowledge of the industry
• Positively representing the company with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Overseeing maintenance crews in our North office with the assistance of the maintenance manager, maintenance supervisors and owner
• Responsible for meeting with clients and providing enhancement proposals for review and approval (monthly bonus paid out based on sales performance)
• Setting daily schedules and work with crew leaders on daily tasks
• Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and vendors
• Ensuring that sites are being maintained properly, crews are receiving the support they need and the client relationships remain strong
• Be willing to work alongside the crew on site when needed
• Assisting in training to increase skill development within the company
• Reporting site, crew or equipment needs to maintenance manager
• Manage department budgeted hours each week
• Fleet and equipment management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
