Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team. The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to the office staff. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Maintain and update files, records, and documents
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Assist in organizing events and meetings
- Oversee office supply inventory
- Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Proficient in Photo Shop
