What You Can Expect:
- The key driver in designing the global touchpoint ecosystem to create seamless consumer experience including brand website, CRM, social and SEO.
- Champions the voice and needs of the audience to inform touchpoint experience and content requirements.
- Serves as the global lead for website experience and management, managing the global Leads global email platform, advising markets on activity, brand best practices and measurement.
- Manages the global CRM database ensuring compliance with local data regulations and security and activation across wider communications activity.
- Manages global agency partner to design, develop and manage social strategy.
- Leverage measurement & digital intelligence tools to provide actionable insights that influence future marketing initiatives to drive audience engagement and growth at global and market level.
- Leads the touchpoint content strategy, growing engagement and relevance.
- Collaborates with the wider Global Brand team to share learnings and build an
- Partners with market teams to identify needs, content and delivery; influences adoption and builds global capability.
- Leverages data to build audience understanding, inform evolution and collaborate with wider Global Brand Team on prioritization.
- Ensures communications are responsible and inline with Inclusive & Responsible Marketing policies, and Brown Forman compliance guidelines.
- Strong consumer experience management of multi-market communications activity.
- Hands on experience of website and CRM execution and management.
- Demonstrable strategic and tactical experience across key and emerging touchpoints.
- Strong ability to leverage measurement and data to inform recommendations and performance.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering effective communications in a highly competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with agencies, cross-functional teams and multi-market stakeholders.
