What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensuring jobsite safety is a priority and conducting site safety audits.
• Dive into the exciting world of project engineering by reviewing and submitting shop drawings.
• Showcase your organizational skills by tracking project submittals and building construction project schedules.
• Take charge of monitoring and maintaining installed quantities, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Get hands-on experience in maintaining accurate cost reports and tracking, as well as assisting in estimating functions.
• Develop your skills in generating Requests for Information (RFI), a crucial aspect of project communication.
• Build relationships and enhance your communication skills by engaging with customers.
• Support the field team by addressing questions on design and customer requirements.
• Ensure your team adheres to contract requirements and take on additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or other Engineering, or equivalent field experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Project Engineering, specifically in the Electrical sector.
• Technical expertise and understanding of all electrical systems that support the broad array of project types.
• Firm understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office & proficient with Microsoft Project, Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and lean construction techniques preferred.
• Familiarity with T&D, Substation, Commercial, and Industrial electrical preferred.
• Ability to work on a team and with other departments to collectively meet the company and customers' needs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, external vendors, customer requirements and internal customer requests in an environment that is constantly changing.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter, results-oriented, and ability to work under tight and pressured deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
