SUMMARY
As a Content Creator, you’ll collaborate directly with our dealerships and marketing team, working hands-on at the store level to produce high-quality photos, videos, and social media content. Your work will showcase our inventory, build our brands, and connect with a diverse audience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Content Creation: Capture photos and videos of vehicle inventory, dealership events, and team members for use on social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.
- Social Media Management: Create, post, and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
- Brand Building: Help develop and maintain the unique voice and identity of each dealership.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and promotions.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the performance of content to identify what resonates with our audience.
- Multi-Location Support: Travel to all five dealership locations as needed to gather content and support events.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in photography, videography, and basic editing (knowledge of Adobe Suite or similar tools is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel between dealership locations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or automotive industries is a bonus.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Valid driver's license.
