Job Title : Social Media Manager (Specializing in Instagram & TikTok)

Location : Remote

Type : Part-Time / Full-Time

Compensation : $25 / Hr

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, experienced, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. You will work closely with a 22-year-old social media influencer who creates diverse content and engages with audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and OnlyFans. Your primary responsibility will be crafting and implementing effective social media strategies that drive engagement, build audience growth, and identify trending topics to develop fresh, innovative content ideas.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute tailored strategies to grow audiences and drive engagement on Instagram and TikTok.

Trend Spotting : Stay ahead of current trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to inform content planning.

Content Ideation & Creation : Brainstorm and develop creative, platform-optimized content ideas that resonate with target audiences and align with the influencer's brand identity.

Performance Analysis : Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on content performance and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.

Collaboration : Work closely with the influencer to ensure their voice, style, and vision are authentically reflected in all content.

Uploading & Scheduling : Ensure timely uploading and scheduling of posts, videos, and stories on all social media platforms, maintaining consistency and quality.

Requirements :

Proven experience in social media management, specifically on Instagram and TikTok.

A strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for short-form video content.

Creativity and an ability to think outside the box to produce engaging, original ideas.

Experience with video editing and basic graphic design is a plus.

Comfort and professionalism in working with content creators who may produce content for platforms like OnlyFans.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with influencers or in the adult content industry.

Familiarity with analytics tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, or third-party platforms.
