Bryson Sales and Service is a family owned and operated full-line Blue Bird and Micro Bird bus dealership located in Utah. Bryson’s, established in 1969, is seeking a highly motivated person to join our sales team based in Woods Cross, UT.

JOB SUMMARY: Performs all administrative duties necessary to support the sales department, including, but not limited to, data entry, monitoring bus delivery schedule, completing bid packets, ordering buses, and producing reports. Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning, action oriented with a keen focus on detail. The following responsibilities and requirements represent minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· At the request of the Sales Coordinator, review order confirmations/change orders to ensure accuracy.
· Enter all buses into our software program so they are available for sale, service, and warranty work.
· Request payment to manufacturer and schedule transport from manufacturer to destination.
· Maintain and update Excel quoting templates and RIMSS software with necessary information, ensuring accurate and timely data/information.
· Create PDI/Warranty RO’s in software for all new buses.
· Update PDI RO’s and note in software any PDI changes to new buses.
· Close Utah PDI RO’s once bus is delivered.
· Able to read and interpret bid specifications, RFPs and RFQs.
· Become Proficient in state bid processes, ability to provide timely responses and any necessary documentation.
· Accurately build and price bus quotes and bids utilizing proprietary manufacturer software.
· Accurately submit bids utilizing Sourcewell.
· Prepare, review for accuracy, and distribute required weekly reports.
· Follow RFD changes and update our software program when needed
· COGS – compare the cost and expenses directly related to the bus
· Perform other assigned duties on an occasional basis that are in the best interest of the company and/or employee.

· Proficient in other Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Ability to plan, prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to interact professionally across all departments within the company as well as with customers, vendors, and the public.
· Able to navigate the internet and learn required proprietary software.
· Manufacturing industry or automotive background experience a plus, but not required.
· Minimum of 3 years office-related experience.
Position is full-time, non-exempt, Mon-Fri. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k, & HSA or FSA upon meeting eligibility requirements. Compensation is DOE.
