We are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is based in Appleton, with work in Waukesha, offering flexibility to candidates located in the Green Bay, Appleton/Oshkosh, or Greater Milwaukee areas.

What You'll Do:
- Read and analyze construction documents, scopes of work, and RFQs.
- Perform take-offs and prepare labor, material, and subcontract cost estimates using On-Screen Takeoff and other estimating tools.
- Work closely with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to formulate accurate estimates.
- Manage the ordering of materials, subcontractor bids, and overall project buyout.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with superintendents, warehouse teams, field personnel, architects, designers, sales, and customer service to bring projects to life.

What We Need:
- Willing to travel to project sites.
- 2 years Technical College or University Education in Construction or Architectural.
- Comprehensive knowledge of blueprint reading, or 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of computer programs used in estimating and scheduling.
- Experience in conceptual estimating, hard bidding,and budgeting as well as pricing interior finishes is a plus.
