Western Regional Sales Manager

About the Role
As the Western Regional Sales Manager, you will represent all FSH brands within your assigned region, driving sales, increasing close rates, and fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Executive Team, you will develop and execute a strategic plan to expand market presence, strengthen partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
This role is also responsible for managing sales rep groups across the Western Region, providing guidance on product presentations, customer engagement strategies, and incentive programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven ability to generate sales growth and win in both core and emerging market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales strategy for the Western region.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, sales representatives, and industry partners.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Lead accountability and engagement efforts with FSH sales rep groups, ensuring they are well-equipped to present and promote our brands effectively.
- Provide training, product education, and market insights to external partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Travel 50-60% of the time to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support sales initiatives and commercial efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8 years of sales experience, preferably within the food service equipment manufacturing arena.
- Experience managing a regional or multi-state sales territory.
- A proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various channels and stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience.
- The ability to travel frequently and work independently, while managing a regional sales team.
- While residency in Denver, CO is strongly preferred, candidate may be based within close proximity to a metropolitan and/or Int’l airport, located in the Western region.
