Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources function within their two organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the executive team to implement and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processes
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Implement and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with executive team to drive organizational development and change management initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8 years of progressive HR experience
- SHRM-SCP, CP a plus
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
