POSITION SUMMARY:
Analyze program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform program management technical, and business case analyses
- Participate as a member of the specified Program IPT and IPT directed business meetings
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
- Track program and project status and schedules
- Apply policies and procedures for financial planning
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
US Citizenship and possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline.
- OR an AA/AS degree plus 4 additional years of experience.
- OR 6 additional years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS degree.
Above Degree, AND:
- At least 4 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline to include:
- 2 years of professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
- Demonstrated experience in PMA program/project status and schedules.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to the planning-programming- budgeting system (PPBS), life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
- Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency using MS Excel.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.

COMPENSATION / SALARY RANGE:
BTAS adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
SALARY RANGE: $75,000 to $100,000 USD
