DESCRIPTION :
Our Harrisburg office has an immediate opening for a Litigation Associate with 5-8 years' experience. Experience practicing Labor and Employment law is preferred, but not mandatory. The position offers the opportunity to work in our thriving Harrisburg Office and involves engaging legal assignments and direct interaction with clients. This role operates within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The ideal candidate would possess the capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines. Additionally, applications are required to include a cover letter, resume, transcript, and writing sample. The position requires a J.D. from an accredited law school and 5 to 8 years' experience as an associate attorney. All Applicants are required to have bar admission in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
