Salary range for conversion : $125K - $140K Base
They are doing a JDE E1 9.2 re-implementation.
Modules working on are distribution including MFG and do extrusion and injection molding work. They are building a product and things are repetitive manufacturing. Getting more interfaces with software on the floor. Doing some asset management and do outside processing.
gl, ap, po, ar, fa, order processing, advanced pricing, transportation (used for rate / routing), and advanced warehousing and installing dsi (cloud inventory). They are doing on premise to oci migration and 2025 going to do code current and remove customizations in process.
JDE Analyst with 8 years of experience. The successful candidate must have experience with JD Edwards E1 as they are going through a transformational JDE E1 9.2 project that is a RE-IMPLEMENTATION and takes the next year and moving from discovery into planning phase now. The small team looks for well rounded people, this particular role oversees the mfg area, interfaces in this part of the business, and also Reports Now (live for a month) and other leadership responsibilities. This role is a functional business analyst role and requires depth of experience in communication and JD Edwards to be successful.
Primary responsibilities
- Document existing business processes to define current business activities for the development of procedures and models.
- Take a leading role with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals.
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing JD Edwards ERP processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Prototype and recommend procedures for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of process analysis in order to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain new or improved processes based on findings and analysis.
- Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally or through written documentation – to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain training for end-users and conduct classroom and individual sessions.
Knowledge & Experience
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling / mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.
Formal Education & Certification
