Responsibilities
- Answering incoming service scheduling calls
- Scheduling all SVO and managing monthly PM due lists
- Starting Field & Emergency SVO's in Equip Soft
- Communicating with all field techs on job-related issues/questions
- Attending meetings and contributing to company strategy and policy-making as required
- Developing personal skills and capabilities through ongoing training
- Ensuring a safe working environment and safe work habits of staff
- Achieving business and organizational goals, visions, and objectives
- Identifying problems and providing alternative courses of action
