We are seeking a full-time service Customer Service Representative / Rental coordinator with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to work Monday - Thursday, 12 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm, and Saturday from 7 : 00pm - 4 : 00pm.
This individual is responsible for greeting customers, processing rentals, answering telephone calls, responding to customer questions and complaints, disclosing rates, terms and conditions of rental, and obtaining customer signatures.
Duties to include but not limited to :
- Handle rental car transactions to accommodate our customers
- Receive telephone calls and handle or pass along customer-related issues
- Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor
- Maintain and update rental agreement files

Qualifications
- Experience in an automotive dealership environment preferred
- Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Clean driving record
