Responsibilities:
Buckingham is seeking an experienced construction field leader as Superintendent. This individual is one with highly developed communication skills, is customer-centric, values and promotes teamwork. The Lead Superintendent fully understands the means and methods of construction sequencing of both/either multi-family or commercial buildings. In this role, the individual is action-oriented – unafraid of proactive planning and foresees concerns before they arise.

As Lead Superintendent, you are responsible for coordinating all site construction activities and supervising all field staff and trades to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. A successful Lead Superintend works in tandem with the Project Manager, maintains daily documentation, safety audits, schedule updates and correspondence and takes responsibility for keeping others informed of important issues. The Lead Superintendent embraces quality standards and attention-to-detail.
