Job Summary:
As a Kitchen Manager at Buffalo Services, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring that all menu items are prepared to a high standard.
You will work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive image for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of food ingredients and recipes
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Work efficiently with General Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a kitchen manager or supervisor
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
