**Kitchen Manager for Convenience Store Quick Service Restaurant**
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store quick service restaurant. This role requires daily travel to multiple locations in lower Mississippi.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain knowledge of food ingredients, recipes, and menu items to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean, organized, and meet food safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Order and control inventory on a weekly basis to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate effectively with the General Manager to achieve business objectives.
