Kitchen Manager for Convenience Store Quick Service Restaurant
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill this key role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prepare food
- Serve customers
- Maintain knowledge of food ingredients and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to Food Safety Guidelines
- Complete routine maintenance on all equipment
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Coordinate weekly inventory ordering and control
- Collaborate effectively with the General Manager
