We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Specialist, Field Communications and Store Systems to join our dynamic team.
As the Specialist of Field Communications and Store Systems you will ensure all field communications are clear, consistent, and accurate in addition to meeting corporate strategies and brand standards. In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting the growth of our retail locations by enhancing the use of our systems and tools, with a primary focus on StoreForce. Your efforts will play a critical role in ensuring we operate with precision and efficiency as we grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Point of contact for all corporate-to-store communications (US and UK)
Gatekeeper for posted and printed materials for the field
Maintain document repository with relevant resources
Attend and participate in meetings
Ownership of Event and Publication Guides
Serve as operations system application administrator
Support all users on operations system application and Sharepoint to maximize features
Create and manage field surveys
Analyze and leverage reporting from operations system application to report out and provide recommendations
Task management and scheduling
Executes promotion set up and coordinating promotion instructions to store teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a communications role or BAB Workshop leadership
Expert in technical writing, formatting, and proof-reading
Skilled in Microsoft Suite
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
More than three years' experience in corporate communications
Bachelor's degree
