We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Specialist, Payroll to join our dynamic team.
The Payroll Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves a mix of operational, analytical, and supervisory tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely and accurate payroll processing
Review payroll reports to ensure accuracy
Support store teams and human resources
UKG setup and quarterly/annual year end processing
Monitor and reconcile UKG invoices and 941 filings
Monthly and ad hoc reporting as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years' experience processing payroll and payroll taxes
High School diploma
Proficiency with UKG
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency with time and attendance systems
Multi-state and Canadian payroll experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years experience processing payroll and payroll taxes
Associates degree in any related field
