About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for providing knowledgeable service to customers and contractors. As well as stocking and taking inventory of Hardware products.   Day-to-day responsibilities Assist customers with product inquiries, including quotes and availability Efficiently process sales orders and transactions Provide assistance to sales team, contractors, and walk-in customers Stock products on shelving Retrieve and put away products in the Warehouse     Skills we are looking for Customer service experience Desire to learn extensive product knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills   Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan – let US invest in YOU!
