Pay Range : $18.00-$24.00 per hour bonus opportunity
Location : Hybrid (Omaha) or Remote
The Job :
CBUSA, a Buildertrend company, is looking for an ambitious individual to join our Business Development team focused on new market development!
The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for prospecting and initiating the sales cycle with potential Buildertrend clients.
The Business Development Coordinator needs to be competitive, motivated by results, and passionate about sales and the solution that is provided to clients.
This position will offer a unique opportunity for those who seek individual recognition and offers opportunities for advancement.
What You Will Do :
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
- Reach or exceed performance metrics on lead list development.
- Achieve both individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize opportunities and building out new markets.
- Develop targeted lists, strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
- Monitoring success of Marketing campaigns and completing analysis of lead source generation.
Who You Are and What You Need :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Previous Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales theories and practices.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
